Membership in UBSDA is $37 for Regular Membership, $52 for Household Membership, and $15 for Junior
Membership per year and includes a subscription to the UBSDA newsletter, The Belgian Beacon, which is
published six times per year.

BEACON SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
The UBSDA magazine, the Beacon, can be ordered via subscription. This magazine includes articles and critiques
of dogs at the shows. The rate is $32.00/year for 6 issues. For subscriptions outside the United States please add
$15.00 for foreign postage. To subscribe make a check payable in US funds to UBSDA and send it to:

DOG REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Please contact the United Kennel Club (address below) for registration information and application forms.
Registration of Belgian Shepherd Dogs resulting from intervariety breedings is accepted by the UKC. All dogs
will be registered according to their own variety, regardless of the variety of their sire and dam. UBSDA
recommends that any breeding be done only after considerable study and with concern for breed improvement.
Additionally, intervariety breedings should only be undertaken by those who have a thorough knowledge of
the implications of such a breeding, and be limited to the following categories:
